It is with great joy and love in our hearts that my son Isaac and I announce that we are adopting! We are hopeful that we will be the right fit for a child or children seeking a forever family.
We spent the holiday season sharing the exciting news with friends and family, and the response has been overwhelmingly loving and positive. I was brought to tears by my dad's response. He paused for a moment - then said, "I can't think of a better gift to give the world."
We know this road will not be easy. We have faith that the challenges will be manageable and that the love will far outweigh the challenges. We have so much love to give, and our lives will be enriched beyond measure as we open our hearts and cultivate even more love with our growing family.
When we have each other, we have everything.
